Located in a lovingly restored historic 1890's building that once housed a boat yard and net loft (where fishermen would dry and store their nets), the beautiful Loft at the Red Building is perched overlooking the mighty and breathtaking Columbia River. Wedding Rental Rates

Basic Rental – $2650 (Not available on Saturdays July–Sept)

This package is designed for the DIY couple who are looking to maximize budget while securing an amazing venue.

  • 1 day of rental providing you building access from 8 a.m.– 10:30 p.m. Event must conclude 1 hour prior to building exit time for cleaning/clearing of décor. Renter's bar may be open for up to 6 hours (alcohol service not included in Loft packages).
  • Tables & chairs for up to 200 guests. Renter will be responsible for setup of own tables & chairs:
  • (20) 6ft Rounds, (4) 6ft rectangular tables, (3) 4ft rectangular tables & 200 wood cross back chairs
  • Separate dressing lounges for the bride and groom
  • One pre-event consultation on-site, unlimited phone & email
  • 1.5 hours of staffing prior to your event start time to ensure you have everything you need
  • Full kitchen use including standard glassware, dishware and flatware. (When using a Preferred Caterer) including White 10.5-inch Dinner China, White Appetizer Plates, Stainless Silverware (Fork, Knife, Spoon), Water Glasses, Wine Glasses

Enhanced Rental – $3700

Includes everything from the Basic Level as well as:

  • The Loft will set up your tables & chairs with linens to your specifications prior to your check-in.
  • Standard Linen Tablecloths (White, Ivory, Black or Blue). Rounds– 85x85, Rectangular 114x53
  • Early access for decorating, rehearsal, etc. (For Saturday weddings access would begin on Friday at 4pm. For Sunday Weddings, this provides you access at 7am.)
  • Extended hours (Event must conclude by midnight with bar service ending no later than 11pm). Renter's bar may be open for up to 6 hours (alcohol service not included in Loft packages).
  • 1 venue janitorial staff person on-site throughout your event (providing restroom servicing, temperature control)
  • Up to 3 pre-event consultations on-site, unlimited phone & email
  • 2 hours of decorating/consulting support pre-event
  • Standard post-event cleaning (guest must clear all décor)
  • Free use of premium furnishings (rustic wood tables, wedding arbors, cocktail rounds)
  • Includes Integrated PA System with wireless microphone, high speed internet & screen and projector
  • Use of premium glassware, dishware and flatware (When using a preferred caterer) including White 12- or 10.5-inch Dinner China, Appetizer Plates, Premium Silverware (Dinner Fork, Salad Fork, Knife, Spoon), Water Glasses, Wine Glasses, Champagne Glasses, White Ceramic Coffee Cups
  • Use of coffee makers (100-cup and 60-cup), beverage dispensers (2), air pots (2) and Instant Hot Water Pot (1)

Deluxe Rental – $4995

Includes everything from the Enhanced level as well as:

  • 3 full days of rental (Friday from 4pm–Sunday 2pm) to provide ample time for your decorating, rehearsal, overnight storage and more. (Over a $5000 value for the space alone!). Event must conclude by midnight with bar service ending no later than 11pm.
  • Dedicated on-site event coordinator for supporting your event (does not cover off-site activities)
  • Upgraded floor-length linens (white, other colors may be available, please ask)
  • Choice of ceiling treatment: 6-strand globe lighting –or– 4-panel starlight sheers
  • Free use of premium and deluxe furnishings (list furnished upon request)
  • Unlimited pre-event consultations on-site or via phone
  • Ability to book dates up to 20 months in advance
