Option A: Base Room Daily Rental ($950/day)

  • Dedicated event manager consulting with you on your event prior to the event and who will check you in/ensure you have everything you need. Renter will be provided set of keys for building access for the duration of your event.
  • Setup & tear-down of all tables & chairs for up to 200 either classroom or rounds/displays to your spec
  • 1x Set of linens for the duration of your event (black, white, ivory, blue or burgundy)
  • 1x daily garbage service
  • 1x daily restroom servicing
  • Premium dinnerware, glassware, silverware when using one of our preferred caterers
  • Directional sign in lobby

Option B: Premium Daily Rental ($1350/day)

All benefits of the base rate plus:

  • Event manager on-site for the duration of your event monitoring temp, cleanliness, supporting A/V
  • Water Station at back of room
  • Fresh linens daily
  • High-speed, high-bandwidth wifi
  • Use of PA System & Screen and Projector
  • Easels (4), Table Card Holders (20)

Base Rate À la Carte Add Ons

  • Wifi: $75/day
  • Sound System: $75/day
  • Screen & Projector: $75/day
  • Table Card Holders: $1.00 each
  • Easels: $5.00 each
  • Linen refresh – $4.00 per linen
